IT WAS a hot Saturday morning but many turned up for the Selangor Welfare, Wellness and Women (3W) Carnival at the Pandamaran sports complex in Klang.

The 3W Carnival, which will travel from one local council to another, began first in Subang Jaya before making its way to Klang.
