Ramli says KDEB has contractors going around residential neighbourhoods collecting bulk waste three times a week.
BULK waste collection has been free statewide since Kumpulan Darul Ehsan (KDEB) Waste Management Sdn Bhd took over operations in July 2016.
Previously residents used to call their respective local councils to request for bulk waste collection for a fee.
