Flat dweller receives over RM1,900 water bill

A RESIDENT of Flat Pandan Indah in Ampang was shocked to receive her February water bill totalling RM1,967.45 – more than 200 times her usual water bill amount.

“My water bill usually comes up to less than RM10 but I do not have to pay because of the free water scheme offered by the Selangor government,” said Nor Hasnidar Bahari, in reference to the 20 cubic metres free water scheme.
