IT has been a continuous 12 years of service from Malaysian Red Crescent Society’s (MRCS) ComBase Ambulance Service in attending to road accident victims in Penang.

The MRCS ComBase centres, which also handle home and industrial accidents, was first launched back in February 2007. They handle 60 to 80 emergency cases per month.
