FOURTEEN auxiliary police personnel from Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) received their ranks from the Penang police during a presentation ceremony held at the council’s headquarters in Bandar Perda, Bukit Mertajam.
Among the 14 recipients, two were officers comprising one assistant superintendent and one inspector.
