THE setting up of the Women and Family Development Committee (JPWK) will help co-ordinate relevant programmes to meet the Penang 2030 vision target, says Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow.
He said as a pilot initiative in Malaysia, he believed the effort would be capable of bringing strategic changes for the transformation of Penang as a state which gives focus on women and family development.
