Foreign boost for local halal market

OVER the years, demand for more halal products in the world market has shown a positive impact on Malaysia’s halal industry.

“Products that are certified halal from Malaysia received higher demand and are well recognised in the market,” said Federal Territories Minister Khalid Abdul Samad after witnessing the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Labuan Halal Hub and Construction Management Korea Consortium (CMKC).
