THE majority of Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) staff were shocked over the weekend to find out that council president Suliman Abd Rahman's second-term contract had come to an end on Friday (March 22).
According to a senior staff, Suliman who had served in MPS for four years will return to the federal administrative capital in Putrajaya, where he had begun his career in the civil service.
