ACKNOWLEDGING the historical value of Pekan Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) implemented a beautification project to inject new life into the old tin-mining town.
Sadly, the initiative has not yielded the desired result, but has instead caused locals to suffer a further drop in business.
