MIRI: The Sarawak government must consult the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (Unesco) before proceeding with a 4,400ha plantation project next to Mulu National Park.
Society for Rights of Indigenous Peoples of Sarawak secretary-general Michael Jok said Unesco must have a say in the matter.
