SHORT-term courses for Indian youths that were supposed to begin at two government-run Industrial Training Institutes (ILP) on Monday (March 11) have been postponed to next week.
Manpower Department (JTM) director-general Datuk Muhd Khair Razman Mohamed Annuar said only the courses at ILP Arumugam Pillai in Nibong Tebal, Penang, began as scheduled while courses at ILP Ipoh and ILP Kuala Lumpur would start on March 18.
