Highlighting the best of Selangor

TOURISM Selangor is proud to showcase the many attractions of the state at the March edition of the Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (MATTA) Fair 2019, held at PWTC, Kuala Lumpur, from March 15 to 17.

Among the places of interest being highlighted at Tourism Selangor’s Pavillion this year is Resort Taman Eko Rimba Komanwel.

With a special promo price of RM160 (original price RM205), visitors will enjoy a 2D/1N stay in a standard room with a special package of the Kapur Trail Experience and River Fun Trekking.

For adventure enthusiasts, Skytrex will be promoting its Extreme Challenge package at a 20% discount, while those in a group can enjoy a free ticket for every five tickets purchased at a 10% discount.

If adventure is not your thing, then check out TEnjoy, a non-traditional zoo experience at Farm In The City, suitable for families who wish to escape the urban jungle and see some unusual animals up close and personal. Visitors to the MATTA Fair can enjoy the special fair promotion of up to 50% discount for entrance tickets.

“We will continue to concentrate on promoting Selangor tourism products for domestic and international markets in line with our current #takemeanywhere and #discoverselangor campaign.

“There are several tourist destinations in the state which have great potential to be included in package tours such as Kuala Selangor, Kuala Kubu Baru and Hulu Selangor,” said Tourism Selangor general manager Noorul Ashikin Mohd Din.

Visitors to the Tourism Selangor Pavillion at the fair can look forward to interactive Augmented Reality (AR) games, contests and special prizes.

Lots of special packages to all the major attractions in the state will also be on offer.

The MATTA Fair March 2019 is open from 10am to 9pm. Admission is RM4 per person and free for children below 12.
