KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) issued a notice to the tenant of a house in Jalan Wan Empok in Bandar Baru Seri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur, that has garnered complaints from neighbours for being a health hazard and mosquito breeding ground.
The notice under Section 22 of the Local Government Act 1976 ordered the tenant to clear out rubbish and tidy the compound, which is in a deplorable state.
