JOHOR BARU: The government is urged to step up the implementa­tion and development of the smart community concept in the state in order to stay abreast of the ever-changing technologies available.

Johor Real Estate Housing and Developers Association (Rehda) chairman Datuk Steve Chong Yoon On said the slow progress is also a result of the lack of engagement with developers who are keen to promote the latest technology as an added marketing element.
