POKING satirical fun at smokers led a team of multimedia lecturers and students to winning a video competition about being civic-minded, but at first, the satire was born of necessity.
To make smokers see that it is not good to smoke in public, one of the scenes planned was of a father who likes to smoke even in the presence of his young son.
