RM25,000 aid for social enterprise

PERSATUAN Stand received a much-needed boost in the form of a RM25,000 grant from the Sompo Japan Nipponkoa Welfare Foundation that would enable the social enterprise to expand into a cafe venture.

Foundation secretary-general Masahiro Sawa presented the cheque to Stand founder Lee Hock Cheng.
