A NONAGENARIAN was among 100 senior citizens, special people and underprivileged children to receive a warm welcome by the Federal Hotels International (FHI) Group at its Gong Xi Fa Cai Festive Charity Treat.
Ngoy Ling, 90, from Puchong-based Rumah Charis Old Folks Home, was all smiles and expressed her appreciation for being part of the festive celebration at Federal Kuala Lumpur.
