THE rain did not dampen the spirits of visitors at the 2019 Selangor Chinese New Year Open House at Dataran Petaling Jaya, Jalan Timur, Petaling Jaya.
Some came with umbrellas while others donned raincoats. The rain subsided around 8pm.
