THE Health Ministry will give free nutritional consultancy services to food premises under the Clean, Safe and Healthy (BeSS) programme, said Selangor Health Department director Datuk Dr Khalid Ibrahim.
The service comes together with a compliance agreement on BeSS procedures requiring food operators to abide by food safety and hygiene, not only within their premises but also of their suppliers.
