Public decry shorter hours

JOHOR BARU: The shorter operating hours at Urban Transformation Centres (UTC) nationwide is causing a problem, with many being unable to fully utilise the services offered.

Businessman Tan Choo Oo, 59, said he was concerned when the Government announced the new operating hours for UTCs, from 8am to 5pm daily.
