HOMEOWNERS must inform the police of planned renovations two weeks prior to starting work if they want to prevent thugs from demanding protection fees.

Pandamaran assemblyman Tony Leong Tuck Chee advised Klang residents, especially those living in Pandamaran, to notify the police of their intention to renovate their homes.
