Happy, Love and Care Charity Group (HLCCG) members celebrated Chinese New Year with about 100 children and adults from the Spastic Children Association of Selangor and Federal Territory (SCAS FT) as well as their parents and guardians.
HLCCG founder Datuk Jerry Ching said this was the fourth year they held the event at SCAS FT.
