FED up with the high rate of non-compliance, a joint management body (JMB) in Kajang took action under the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757) to compel property owners to pay their outstanding maintenance fees.

The JMB of the Taman Cheras Prima shoplots, together with Kajang Municipal Council (MPKj) Commissioner of Buildings (CoB), served notices to business owners during an enforcement operation yesterday. This is the first time such an action has been taken in the Kajang municipality.
