YOUNG Daeng Abdul Rahman put on a master class at the Professional Golf of Malaysia (PGM) Tour’s Perlis Championship to register a massive 10-stroke victory margin in the Professional Golf of Malaysia (PGM) Tour’s Perlis Championship, while in the women’s tournament Kelly Tan made a welcome return with a comfortable four-shot win.
In tough conditions at Putra Golf Club, only nine of the 45 players in the men’s category who made the cut went under-par over the four days — teenager Daeng did it twice, and his second round six-under 66 really made the difference.
