VACANT, vandalised and ramshackle. That describes an unoccupied terrace house at Taman Bukit Rawang Jaya in a nutshell. Left empty for about seven-years now, the house is a nuisance to its immediate neighbours.

Selayang Municipal Council (MPS) councillor Muhammad Najmi Samsudin said two reports have been lodged with the council on the vacant house at Jalan 3/3, Taman Bukit Rawang Jaya, one in September and another in December last year.
