SOME 50 teachers and counsellors gathered at a forum in Penang to discuss mental problems which are preventing children from attending school.

Titled ‘School Refusal — A Stubborn & Serious Problem’, the fourth Child and Adolescent Mental Health Symposium was held at Tech Dome Penang in Komtar.
