KUCHING: Sarawak is reviewing its forest policies as part of efforts to transform the timber industry into one with greater sustainability and high value products.
Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg said forest laws and policies would be strengthened and reviewed to ensure they were in line with current developments and best practices.
