JELAPANG Community Centre will be hosting a grand three-day Chinese New Year celebration from Feb 9 until Feb 11, from 7pm to midnight.
Jelapang assemblyman Cheah Pou Hian said the CNY carnival was open to everyone who wishes to experience Chinese culture.
