THE planned underground water pipe works in Kampung Pasir, Hulu Kelang will go ahead despite protests by village residents.
Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ) Engineering Department director Zafrul Fazry Mohd Fauzi said the developer’s application for the earthworks was approved last month.
