IT COULD be the end of the road for the seven elderly traders who have been operating at the corner of Jalan Tun Sambanthan in Brickfields for the past 40 years, as Kuala Lumpur City Hall’s (DBKL) application for Temporary Occupation Licence (TOL) renewal from the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur Lands and Mines Office (PTG) has been rejected.

A DBKL spokesman said the TOL had expired last year and that the local authority’s application to renew it was not approved.
