CHECKING the approval of your business licences can be a tedious and often time-consuming process but the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) hopes to resolve this with the introduction of an e-licence mobile app.

However, the eLesen MBPJ app introduced in October received lukewarm response from the public despite the city council’s continuous effort to encourage business owners and the public to download the app through banners and bunting placed around the city.
