MELAKA: Melaka’s top cop is encouraging commercial building owners here to instal quality closed-circuit television (CCTV) at their premises to prevent crime.

Deputy Comm Datuk Raja Shahrom Raja Abdullah said CCTV should also be used to record footage that could assist police in probes.
