CASH rebates up to RM280,000 are up for grabs for Scots Pavilion unit buyers in Penang.

The first 20 to get a unit after the campaign launch on Nov 24 stand to win prizes such as RM10,000 cash, RM8,888 cash, an Apple iPhone XS Max, 65-inch curved smart 4k television and more.

M Summit Group is offering the goodies in conjunction with the opening of show units.

Touted as a luxury condo with a difference, the 22-storey project in Scotland Road offers 99 units at a maximum of six per floor.

There are 10 layouts ranging from 1,008sq ft to 2,239sq ft plus penthouses measuring 5,277sq ft to 6,420sq ft.

Besides the mega cash rebates, buyers just need to pay a low downpayment of 5% as the other 5% is rebated.

To top it off, there is also an Easy to Own Scheme which aids those facing difficulties in securing 90% loans from banks.

The developer is offering loans of up to 20% with 36-month zero interest installments.

Group founder and managing director Datuk Albert Moh said Scots Pavilion sitting on freehold land is designed for both the young and aged to live in comfort.

There are senior citizens-friendly features like toilet grab bars and an intercom system with emergency response switch in every unit.

Wheelchair-bound residents will have easy access to their units, thanks to ramps and specially widened 2.2m common corridors.

“Within units, doorways are also wider. Floors at the entrance and bathrooms use a gradual incline rather than a step up or down.

“Unique facilities include a hydrotherapy pool, in-house physiotherapy centre, mechanical tower car park and digital lockers,” said Moh during a tour of the show units.

“Scots Pavilion is not an old folk’s home but a place where one can grow up and grow old in.”

A cafe and convenience store will also be located in Scots Pavilion which is set for completion by the end of 2019.

Available units are priced from RM759,800. Show units are open for viewing from 10am to 5pm on weekends. Park at the Maybank Green Lane branch and a shuttle will take you to the project site.
