ISKANDAR PUTERI: The Johor Sports Council (MSNJ) is structuring the Sports Development Plan 2030 that will see the state become a sporting powerhouse starting from 2020.
State Youth, Sports and Culture Committee chairman Mohd Khuzzan Abu Bakar said for a start, the council had started early by organising the Johor Youth Circuit in every district.
