A POPULAR dim sum restaurant near Jalan Raja Uda in Butterworth has been ordered to close for two weeks after Health Department officers found its kitchen was dirty and poorly maintained.

Penang Health director Dr Wan Mansor Hamzah said that despite looking modern and being packed with customers, the restaurant failed to meet hygiene standards.
