STARTING December, Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) will go down hard on shopowners who put up pillars at parking bays with the intention of preventing other motorists access to the space.
DBKL will also limit the number of reserved bays in Kuala Lumpur in its attempt to address parking congestion, and lack of parking in commercial areas.
