FROM someone who could not even cook rice to cordon bleu-trained chef, Jun Chan has certainly proven he has “bowls of steel”.
The play of words on the phrase (balls of steel) also happens to be the name of his soon-to-open restaurant in Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur, early next year which will specialise in Chan’s personal favourite – ramen.
