Fest back for fourth year

THE annual Butterworth Fringe Festival (BFF) is back for the fourth consecutive year, featuring 17 local and six international performances.

There will be a Wayang Kulit performance, an artisan market, food stalls, workshops and photography exhibitions during the event in Jalan Jeti Lama on Dec 1 and 2.

The local performances would feature Orang Utan Drum Theatre, Penang Modern Dance Ensemble, Wak Long Music Group, Angika Fine Arts and others.

Jalan Datuk Haji Ahmad Said, Jalan Pasar, Jalan Jeti Lama, Lorong Bagan Luar 4, Lorong Sisi and Lorong Tokong will be closed from noon to midnight.

There will be free shuttle buses from Penang Sentral, Butterworth, and the bus stop in front of Billion Supermarket in Bandar Sunway, Seberang Jaya.
