A DEAF cat, Puteri Cukoo, was the star attraction at the Celcom Axiata Bhd #ICanCareMy campaign.
The cat was found wandering in a neighbourhood by University Malaya (UM) PhD student Peiyi Cheah, 23, who was driving in the area.
