ANIMAL welfare was the focus during Seberang Prai Municipal Council’s pet neutering and education programme at the multipurpose hall at Taman Chai Leng near Butterworth, Penang.

Cat beauty contests held during the event organised by the council in collaboration with Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) drew 20 felines.
