KOTA KINABALU: The State Assembly have passed the RM4.16bil State Budget for 2019 on Nov 14, after a three-day debate on it starting Nov 12.
Most of the assemblymen expressed their support towards the bill though some including Tambunan assemblyman Datuk Dr Jeffrey Kitingan had called the budget a failure and tabled an alternative budget.
