ISKANDAR PUTERI: Johor is looking at the best mechanism to produce more skilled workers to meet the needs of investors, said state International Trade, Investment and Utilities Committee chairman Jimmy Puah Wee Tse.

He said all stakeholders from the public and private sectors have a role to play in the human capital development as investors would look at the availability of the workforce when planning to invest in a country.
