THE state government will launch a new initiative called Service Sarawak to improve service delivery at government counters.
“Service Sarawak is the concept of ‘no wrong counter’, where a person can avail oneself of routine transactional services of any agency at any counter,” Minister in the Chief Minister’s Office (Integrity and Ombudsman) Datuk Talib Zulpilip said.
