TO SERVE the growing number of engineers in Penang, Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM) has opened a new secretariat office at E-Gate on the island.

The new branch was opened by Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow at Lebuh Tunku Kudin 2 in Gelugor.
