THE Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital in Ipoh has started a community mental health programme focusing on adolescents and young people.
The hospital’s psychiatry department chief Dr Loo Tsui Huei said the programme, called “Youth Connect”, is available at its Community Mental Health Centre (Mentari Simee) located at the Kampung Simee Health Clinic.
