MIRI: The RM1bil electricity expansion project for Miri City is expected to proceed in the near future, now that the barricade put up by protesters is dismantled, says mayor Adam Yii.

Miri police and Sarawak Energy Bhd (SEB) dismantled the fencing and wooden blockade erected by protesters at the Miri power substation located in city centre yesterday.
