SEBERANG Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) won the Diamond Recognition Certificate for Low Carbon Cities Framework (LCCF) after reducing its carbon dioxide emissions by 4.95%.
The council has implemented various efforts to reduce carbon emissions, especially in Menara MPSP in Bandar Perda, Bukit Mertajam.
