KUCHING: Local authorities in Sarawak will have better control over the dog population and licensing with the introduction of new by-laws.

Assistant Minister for Local Government Datuk Dr Penguang Manggil said the Local Authorities (Dog Licensing and Control) By-Laws 2018 was aimed to consolidate and improve the existing by-laws into a single law applicable statewide.
