MELAKA: THE rusted metal fencing and railings along the banks of Sungai Melaka are posing a danger to tourists, said state Housing, Local Govern­ment and Environment Committee chairman Datuk Tey Kok Kiew.

He said the Melaka Historic City Council (MBMB) has been asked to assess the damage to the structures along the walkway as soon as possible to avoid any untoward incident.
