Selayang council comes down hard on massage parlours with 'happy ending'

UNLICENSED foot massage centres in Rawang are offering “happy ending” oil massages and it has become a bane for Selayang Municipal Council (MPS).

MPS deputy president Datuk Juhari Ahmad said the illegal massage parlours masquerading as foot massage outlets “are a headache” for the municipality due to the sexual services offered.
